In the first chapter of John we have learned a lot about who Jesus is and we have been encouraged to stand in awe of Him. A natural outworking of awe is to share that awe with others and in this passage we see the message of Jesus beginning to spread for the first time. It’s the ongoing invitation to “come and see.”
